Good Morning to a bright sunny day~!~!

Just talked with Tracie this morning and she said Ben was in a grumpy mood.. m-m-m-? now how could that be? He wanted to take his DSI to pre-school today..he didn't want to go to Donna's today because he doesn't like to take a nap.. So Tracie told him you don't have to take a nap at Donna's but you do need to lay down and have some quiet time and sometimes your body does need a nap and that is why you do go to sleep, plus it's healthy to take naps. She told him she was going to take his DSI to Donna's house and he could play with it when he got there. He was O.K. with all that and she said he went to school with a skip in his step..
Last night they came to the house for supper.. He talked and talked all about his day.. He really liked Mrs. Kedley and how nice she was.. He liked the playing time and the music that she played to tell them it's time to clean up. He commented on all the rain that came down yesterday and they weren't able to go outside and play. He met a boy named Grant and they were now friends.. Snack time was grapes which he loves. It was fun to hear him talk about his day because usually boys don't talk this much. He is going to be like Uncle Rich who talked at 1 1/2 years old in big sentences and was a very happy boy and still is to this day.. He communicates well.
Went to bible study last night and it was a lot of good discussion. We are doing the bible study with Beth Moore called "Breaking Free".. It's all about holding onto things that happened to us when we were younger and not to let these things hold us in bondage.. Bible devotions this morning was so good, it was about "You're in partnership with God".
Did you hear the story about the little boy who was selling ten-cent pencils door to door to raise the money to build a thirty=million dollar hospital in his community? One woman said to him, "Son, that's a mighty big goal for just one little boy selling pencils for a dime." With a big smile he replied, "Oh, I'm not doing it alone. See that boy across the street?" He's my partner; we're doing it together." Now if he had that kind of faith in a partner who was only his equal, shouldn't you have confidence in God whose power is unequaled, and whose partnership guarantees success? The Bible says: "We are labourers together with God." When you truly believe those words you'll begin to live like a 'no limit' person.
When Robert Morrison sailed as a missionary to China, the ship's captain constantly criticized him and gave him a rough time. As Morrison left the ship, the captain said to him, "I suppose you think you're going to make an impression on China." Morrison replied "No, but I believe God will !" There it is ; when you're in partnership with God your potential is unlimited.. Here's a prayer for you: Disturb me, Lord, when my dreams come true only because I dreamed too small. Disturb me when I arrive safely only because I sailed too close to the shore. Disturb me, when the things I've gained cause me to lose my thirst for more of You. Disturb me when I've acquired success only to lose my desire for excellence. Disturb me, when I give up too soon and settle too far short of the goals You have set for my life."
Couple of days ago a bumble bee stung me a good one on my wrist.. My skin where the stinger was is all bubbled up and itches like crazy.. it almost looks like poison ivy which I have not been around. There is a hole where I took out the stinger and now has a scab. I have been stung before and have never had this reaction...I put on my tecnu cream for poison ivy but I'm using it because it's such a great cream to use when you have a bite that itches.
Have a great tiggeriffic day,,,ta ta for today from Iowa:)

I keep Tecnu on hand all the time...it's wonderful. Communication is so crucial, Annie, so if Ben follows in Rich's footsteps, that would be awesome! And I can attest to the "letting go" I am living proof of that!...:)JP
